Prices vary on style, Tumbler size, materials used, and complexity of design.
This free order serves as a placeholder. We will teach out to you at the number you provide at check out and discuss your tumbler wishes. Once a design is agreed upon, a $15 non- refundable deposit is made to confirm your order.
We will send you a mockup of the design prior to creating the tumbler. The 1st re-design is free. All other re-designs after the first are $5 each.
An invoice will be sent out for the tumbler balance after final design edit.
Turn around time varies by cup design, but are typically 5 - 10 business days.
Final balance, plus shipping cost, is due at completion.
Disclaimer: all tumblers are hand made, and as such, MAY exhibit slight imperfections, yet will not affect the esthetic of the final project.
No refunds without prior approval, and photo submissions (if applicable, ex. Damage). A picture of the completed tumbler will be sent to the customer at completion, and prior to shipping. We are Not responsible for damage during shipping, and all claims should be filed with the shipper from the customer's end.
